Ladies and gentlemen, we've made it to round 3, to get this luscious kit and word art to play with!

I don't know why some days it seems impossible to get Blogger to allow me to move pictures around, but oh well. I was fortunate enough to make it through round 1, so here is the kit we were supplied for Round 2, A New Day by Christy Skaggs and the layout I created with it for the competition.

This month has been busy, busy, busy. Every once in a while, the scrapbooking site GoDigitalScrapbooking will have a call for their site creative team. They hold a contest with 4 rounds of entries and narrow down the applicants to a final team of 12 people who are chosen to represent the site.
Here is the kit and the layout I submitted for round 1.

Here are some of the recent layouts I've been making. Everything on this post is from the same kit series, called Bliss.

Did you like them? I've been having so much fun and have a few more layouts planned in my head! If you like these, check out the kits. They are all part of a series called Bliss by Dancing Princess Designs and sold at GoDigitalScrapbooking. The designer, Jenn, is having a sale right now on them. For even more goodies, watch for her sponsored challenges, chats, and speedscraps. She gives the best bonuses for completion!

All of the images are hotlinked, so have fun and go shopping!!
Coming soon - more layouts and a little bit of word art!

Welcome to my new blog!

I found digital scrapbooking at the beginning of the year and haven 't looked back since! Although I love the feel of paper and the look of decoupage and multiple layers, I love the ease of use of digital art, no mess, no fuss, and yoou can walk away without worrying if the cat will knock the glue off the desk :) But the biggest attraction was the ability to do complex titlework and blended photos into the background paper. And best of all, I can display them on a digital picture frame or as a screensaver on the computer and enjoy them all the time!

This blog is to share with you some of the layouts I've created, some of the kits I've worked with, and to let you all know about sales and promotionals! There are so many wonderful products out there and I feel very fortunate to work with one of the best designers I've met. All of her kits are so versatile and fun to work with. From time to time, I might even have a freebie to post, if I get good enough!! :)
